Founder of Valor Humano Latinoamérica and a long-time executive in the world of human resources and consulting. During a 30-year professional career, he has developed organizational skills and strategies, helping to transform both large companies worldwide and Family Businesses in Latin America.
Wiston is a Chemical Engineer from the Universidad de los Andes (Venezuela), with higher studies in Human Resources at Stanford University (USA) and a diploma as a Family Business consultant from the Instituto de Gestión Empresarial (Spain).
His experience has been forged through executive positions in 6 countries where he worked for 20 years for the Multinational company Procter & Gamble. During this long period, he held different positions as VP of Human Resources for Brazil, then for Mexico and Central America, until he was the Director of the Project that established the Head Quarter for all of Latin America in Panama.
Expert in the development and management of Human Resources, Mergers and Acquisitions, Cultural Change Processes, Transition Management (Headquarters and Shared Services), Organizational Development, Talent Management and Executive Recruitment (headhunting), in corporate and family heritage companies.
Coach of business families, member of the Latin American Institute of Family Business, visiting professor at Latam Business School and international speaker.
Managing Director Colombia
Psychologist with a specialization in Organizational Development and Diploma in Economics and Senior Management. She is the founder of the firm Jugada Maestra Head Hunter, a pioneer in the search and selection of talent, and assessment of executives for Colombian companies.
She has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, prior to joining the firm as a partner, she worked as Human Resources Manager in companies such as Banco Central Hipotecario, Suramericana de Seguros, Bancolombia for the Colombian market and its subsidiaries in Latin America. She has been a university professor in Organizational and Talent Selection Psychology, and an active member of the National Association of Industrialists (ANDI).
